Canvas print – Fraueninsel on Lake Chiemsee – Abstract Interpretation

Abstract Fraueninsel on Lake Chiemsee with red roofs and a pale bell tower above calm turquoise water.

A low green island with compact red roofs rests on calm turquoise water. A detached pale bell tower with a dark onion dome rises above the houses. This characteristic combination draws on Fraueninsel in Lake Chiemsee as a free abstract interpretation. Broad cream and blue-grey sky areas and loose reflections give the horizontal composition a calm, open feel.
